Until now I'd never found an electric wok that would create sufficient warmth to sear in the flavors of meats and greens. Yesterday, I made Beef Lo Mein and the pan used to be just as nice as prior tohand. However, upon was oncehing it up within the sink, I now noticed that a bit of the non-stick had peeled off. My expertise with that coating recommends that this may just increasingly continue to occur as I utilize the application more regularly. This could be extremely disappointing as this is the best operateing wok that I have always used. I'm crossing my fingers hoping that the non-stick won't continue to peel.
