They are heavy which distributes the heat evenly, however originate the big one tough to hold when it can be full. The nonstick surfaces are higher than many, however don't ultimate without end. All my pans work nice. I to find they are a tiny like cast-iron. Once they warmth up (on medium), they keep their warmth and cook dinner evenly. I apply medium warmth, and might regularly regain by using with med-low. No warping or flaking but. (The secret is to no longer use any further heat than necessary - extreme excessive heat can wreck most skillets) I also received a griddle which is the Calphalon One Infused Anodized - their top line. I find it irresistible as smartly, and would buy both again. I went largely with the Contemporary line because of lower cost. Be certain to learn the containers to look what line you are secureting, as they have a number of strains available in the market. There is the 'infused anodized' and the 'hard anodized', nonstick and without the nonstick, and so forth.

I wouldn't have too many gripes, except for it would have been nice if the deal together withs had been welded to the skin instead of being bolted in. Stuff will stick to the bolts.
I just cook neater and avoid the bolts, and I'm fantastic.
We use these pans for actually EVERYTHING that can be cooked on a stovetop!

Excellent product UNTIL we had visitors who "helped us" easy up and put them in our tremendous heavy accountability dishwasher... After that, the finish was once by no implys the same. I even have ALWAYS hand washed my non stick pans. I'm afraid the travel throughout the dishwasher killed them. Now, our dishwasher is brutal, rather more harsh than the common dishwasher, i have to confess.
We still use them, I'm keen on the heavy backsides and even distribution of warmth.
